The Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc., is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis products and operates an 80,000 square foot Health Canada licensed production facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The Company sells its recreational cannabis products in markets across Canada.
The Company currently operates 4 cannabis retail stores under the “Delta 9 Cannabis Store” brand with plans to open up to an additional 12 retail outlet stores in jurisdictions which allow for privatized cannabis retail over the next 24 months.
The Company also operates a “Business to Business” segment, selling its own proprietary Grow Pods, Cannabis genetics, and providing consulting and licensing services to other cannabis businesses.
Delta 9’s diversified approach gives investors unique exposure to several high-growth segments in the rapidly growing cannabis sector.
Over the year 2019, Delta 9 grew its business to over $65 Million in assets and over $31 Million in annual revenues. Our shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “DN” and on the OTCQX under the symbol “VRNDF”.
