Delta 9 Opens Flagship Winnipeg Retail Store on March 21, 2019

(TSXV: NINE) (OTCQX: VRNDF) (“Delta 9” or the “Company”), a Manitoba based company, is pleased to announce the grand opening of its flagship Delta 9 Cannabis Store in the Osborne Village area of Winnipeg, Manitoba on March 21, 2019.

The Delta 9 Cannabis Store concept has thrilled customers by offering an open and modern shopping décor, highly trained staff and a wide range of product SKU’s including dried cannabis flower, cannabis oil, and a full assortment of cannabis accessories. The Company also offers same day delivery anywhere in Winnipeg and mail order delivery services throughout the province of Manitoba.

In addition to selling cannabis products, Delta 9 will engage with customers to deliver education programs for the adult recreational market. Residents can look forward to visiting Delta 9 at our two locations in Winnipeg.

The newest store is conveniently located at the corner of River Avenue and Osborne Street, the 2,834 square foot retail store is located in the heart of Winnipeg’s Osborne Village area. The densely populated location sees significant daily foot traffic and over 50,000 vehicles per day.

Delta 9, through its partially-owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Lifestyle Cannabis Clinic Inc., successfully launched its first retail cannabis store in Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 17, 2018. The Company plans to open two additional retail outlets in Thompson and Brandon, Manitoba in the near future, and has partnered with a Manitoba First Nation to open a fifth store. Additionally, the Company has prequalified for the Manitoba government’s request for proposals to open additional stores in smaller, rural communities.
